1. Mandatory PGP Verification
Rule: You must provide a valid PGP Public Key during submission.
After submission, you will be given a random challenge string. You must sign this string with your private key and provide the signature. This proves you own the private key corresponding to the public key you submitted.

- Blogs & News (Onion)
3. Prohibited Content
Strictly Forbidden:
- Phishing or Cloned Sites
- CP, Bestiality, or Gore
- Hiring a Hitman / Murder for Hire
- Selling Weapons of Mass Destruction
- Sites with obvious exit scams
4. Description Guidelines
Descriptions must be in English. They must be factual and not use excessive hype (e.g., "BEST MARKET 2023"). Use tags correctly.
